The support from the team was outstanding—there was a minor issue with sending out my order, but the communication and assistance I received were top-notch. Everything came in great packaging. All my questions got quick responses. I highly recommend this place.

I just got my matching lights, and they came in a nice package and super fast. They look awesome and are just like what I expected. However, the clamp for the lampshade was not included. I reached out to Scotlight, and they were incredibly helpful. The clamp has now arrived, and everything's good to go. Fantastic customer support!

I bought 2 big chandeliers. They were definitely the most affordable I found online. There were some delays for various reasons, but they kept me in the loop the whole time. The delivery was quick and smooth, and everything showed up in great shape. I’d totally recommend them!

I purchased a couple of touch lights from this company back in February while we were all in lockdown. The delivery was quick. Sadly, by late April, one of the lights stopped responding to touch, although it would still turn on. The company handled the situation really well and quickly sent a replacement, along with an email that had a prepaid return label attached. Their customer service was impeccable, with great communication throughout. I definitely recommend them!

The customer support here is just top-notch. I ordered a lamp back in December - it was initially out of stock (October 2020), but they promised to have it ready for me before Christmas. They kept me in the loop the whole time until it finally showed up on December 18th.

I later ran into an issue with the lamp shade for that same lamp, and the assistance I got was outstanding - super caring, helpful, and really reassuring.

I’ll surely shop with this supplier again and I highly suggest others do the same.

I've been a loyal customer for years and have always found this company to be fantastic for lighting that’s hard to come by, plus the prices are pretty sweet. This time, though, my lights didn’t show up when I thought they would. When I reached out to them, they explained that due to the ongoing pandemic, things were a bit behind schedule. They really went above and beyond to ensure I received my lights, and the customer service was top-notch. Awesome lights, awesome service—I'll definitely be back!

I ordered a bronze LED picture light that’s 630 mm wide. Sadly, the courier messed up and dropped it off at the wrong place. Scotlight really stepped up to make sure the light got sent to the right address, especially since I wasn’t getting anywhere with the courier. They even threw in a discount for the hassle. After searching online, I found that Scotlight's price was £40 less than what other places were charging for the same light. The quality of the picture light is top-notch, and I ended up ordering two more right away. Scotlight generously offered another discount on the already reduced price on their site. Besides the great prices, the whole shopping experience was just fantastic. Absolutely a pleasure! Big thanks to James for all the help, support, and kindness he showed.

I purchased a couple of bathroom lights from Scotlight Direct at a really good price. Sadly, upon checking, I discovered that one had a manufacturing flaw. I reached out to the S.D sales team, and they quickly coordinated with their supplier to send out a replacement. The communication during the whole process was top-notch. I get that issues can pop up now and then, but it really shows a company's worth when they handle problems so well. Based on my experience, I’d definitely recommend Scotlight Direct.
